My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel offers a great location near the piazza and is perfect for walking around to see places of interest. The service is extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional, making it a top choice for me. However, the dining options could be more varied, although the Italian breakfast with coffee, croissants, yogurt, and juice was a nice touch.
